Prices are considered Per-Character

My work will not cover anything NSFW. I will not create it and you cannot create anything NSFW including my designs. I will also not be drawing any character that has NSFW undertones/artwork.

You must pay when asked, not upfront. When it comes to DA points, you must pay through the link I send to you.

In regards to designs, if a profile is created on toyhouse, I require it to be visible to me, whether this means keeping it public, authorising me, or giving me a key is up to you, however this is manditory.

Relating to the rule above, do not delete their profiles, if you dont want them anymore and can't sell them, please send them to my account.

I have the freedom to cancel any comission at any time for any reason, if it has already been payed for this, guarantees a 100% refund through whatever currency was used.

If you repost my artwork you must credit me. Less neccessary for designs.

You can cancel orders with no progress or if only an uncoloured sketch has been created.

You can redesign my designs as you want as long as you consult me about it, I'm fine with anything but if the design is too different I may ask to take back the original design.

You cannot use my artwork in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

You cannot use my artwork in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
